KITCHEN STAFF

Starting pay: $20-$22

Average tips: $5-$15 per hour

Our state-of-the-art Kitchen, located in Magnolia, is designed as a lab-style production space. We balance traditional gelato making spirit with advanced food science. Our services includes a robust retail, wholesale, and catering.

Minimal kitchen experience required. We will teach you the process and skills throughout a training period. The ideal candidate is excited to learn about the process and history of Gelato making.

Responsibilities:

  • Pasteurizing and Cataloging gelato base

  • Gelato production

  • Ingredient intake and inventory

  • Facility upkeep and cleaning

Qualifications

  • Listening and retention

  • Attention to detail

  • Focus on cleanliness

  • Puntctuality

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift and carry 50lb. consistently

  • Understanding of weights and measures (moth metric and imperial)

  • Strong arithmetic skills such as Multiplication and Division

  • Food service card required by state law.

30 hours per week with potential for more.

Flexible hours with night shifts available after training period.
