KITCHEN STAFF
Starting pay: $20-$22
Average tips: $5-$15 per hour
Our state-of-the-art Kitchen, located in Magnolia, is designed as a lab-style production space. We balance traditional gelato making spirit with advanced food science. Our services includes a robust retail, wholesale, and catering.
Minimal kitchen experience required. We will teach you the process and skills throughout a training period. The ideal candidate is excited to learn about the process and history of Gelato making.
Responsibilities:
Pasteurizing and Cataloging gelato base
Gelato production
Ingredient intake and inventory
Facility upkeep and cleaning
Qualifications
Listening and retention
Attention to detail
Focus on cleanliness
Puntctuality
Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift and carry 50lb. consistently
Understanding of weights and measures (moth metric and imperial)
Strong arithmetic skills such as Multiplication and Division
Food service card required by state law.
30 hours per week with potential for more.
Flexible hours with night shifts available after training period.
