Our Founders
At Nutty Squirrel Gelato, it begins with our founders. Tolga and Alev take great pride in their work and the products they share with their community. With a strong connection to his Italian roots, Tolga has a passion for great design, craftsmanship, and culinary delights. Alev, a visionary architect and designer with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for creating beauty, was raised on the Aegean coast of Türkiye. While furthering her education in Rome, indulging in gelato became a delightful ritual.
Together, they have integrated their diverse international backgrounds, extensive travels, and love of gelato into providing their customers a place where all are welcome to enjoy an authentic scoop of the world’s finest gelato.
